Dear poster, It would help a lot if you showed readers the colour of the floor, trims, other furniture and even the ceiling. Too, it would be good to know what style of house you have and the other colours in your house. Why people who reply go to more bother than the person who asks the original question, I do not know.

You are going to have to leave your comfort zone on this one. Walnut is "brown", you have "pink" as a counter top. I would suggest going with another version of the colours already in the room. you have gray/beige and white. I would hesitate going white...but it can be done. You can move into the grays and be very happy (it would look very modern) or you can move into a beige that holds a hint of pink in it (not pink...but a blush of warmth). Or you could go really wonky and add in something like a brushed stainless steel look to the cabinets and have it go "space age". There are specs of blue/gray in this counter top. The next think to look at is an "ashwood" or dark gray wood presentation that has some blue in it. It would lighten the space yet still add drama that dark cabinetry offers.

Kanupriya, Well when you say 'it can be touched' I hope your don't mean you are going to let such a sober place be taken over by this piece. I would recommend you suggest vinyl stickering to your clients (for center 4 shutters at least). That should leave the client with a flexibility of removing the vinyl when they want to. Hi Anurag, Black counter top is very common and you can go for ample combinations like light and dark grey, yellow , red, green ...and their combinations will look great. So no need to worry..go for any colorful combinations. Regards, Sujoy
