need help for tv placement

Hi guys, in a predicament here regarding placement of tv in living room here. Its a new flat and size of my living room is 11*17....on entering the living room via main door, bang opposite are my windows on the whole wall, thereby leaving no choice for tv placing. I wish to place my two seater sofa on the left wall of the room which again leaves no space for tv....then the last end of the room, i.e the right most wall of the room will be my dining place...hence again no option there...please suggest me something, otherwise i wont have any other choice except for placing the tv in bedroom, which I sincerely dont want...attaching pics here of the living room for some reference.
1st pic is the windows wall opp the main door entry. The windows cover the whole room, hence no wall there.
2nd pic is the wall on left when one enters through the main door.Here i am thinking of placing the sofa set and a mirror frame above it.
3rd pic is the wall opposite the sofa set arrangement, where my dining table would be, flanked by an art frame on the wall
4th pic is the wall to the right when one enters in living room via main door. It is quite thin and will have door camera and other album stuffs.

Comments (13)I would put the TV on the wall you have the sofa on now and use the larger wall for your sofa. Right now it looks jammed into the corner. It should be fairly easy for the "cable guy" to move your cable outlet to theother wall if you don't have one there already. Comments (21)HI -- Well this is a nice floor plan but it creates problems . Because the space is all open doesn't mean you have to put the living room or the dining room where indicated on the plan . Also where you have marked for the sofa is not going to work there . Not enough room and in the way of getting to the bathroom etc, I do think you may have to have a free floating TV stand between the living -dining rooms . You could have the TV on the wall beside the kitchen and have the sofa facing or on the left wall and the dining at the front . I would put the TV on the left wall near the entrance and have the sofa facing it , leaving a hallway walking space behind the sofa . It's too bad the front entrance is on the left . If it had been on the right then that would be better flow into the center of the main floor . If you do decide to have the TV room divider where you show on the plan , keep it right over to the left wall as a room divider , then it won't cut the room in half so much and it keeps the stairwell open . Comments (3)Hello Madhumita, What's the size of television you have? 18 ft or 12 ft may be too much of a viewing distance for a decent size TV. Foyer partition may be made of MDF jali or glass to not completely separate the area from the rest of the house. It is a good idea for privacy and comfort of guests. Comments (5)Hello there, since you have got a blank canvas, I would suggest hiring a designer first for a coherent design and decor. As for the living room TV unit, you could do with floating shelves and a wallpapered backdrop for TV with wall mount. PRO8 years ago- 8 years agoHere is the plan...placement of furniture in the plan does not do justice in real life because the area is really less and i need the space to feel free and easily walkable.
- 8 years agoA is the entry point, B is the living space, C is the balcony and D is the kitchen. The wall just besides C is a full window, the one overlooking three set sofa and dining table

You can create a partition of 3 inch between your dining area and your living area. Length can vary depending upon the size of the TV. This will allow you to have circulation space and a small division between dining & living.
We have attached a rough sketch for your reference.
