Hi Emran, What a great size room you have. You need to create two sitting areas within the space, and pull them into the room (get them off the wall), also I can see from the fantastic chandelier that you have, that the dining table must stay where it is. I would recommend you go with 3 large area rugs, at least 10x12 looking at the size of your room. What's the price of this, ?

Teal is a very trendy colour, but having it on all four walls may be an overkill in the kitchen, especially with that dramatic chevron dado tile. I hope at least the 4th wall is white! The cabinets have to be white too
