immihunk, not sure what you mean by "strong enough to guarded". Are you looking to do a roof top garden? What is your objection to wood decking? It is strong, lightweight and will make a fine deck surface that allows drainage. We've don a few with removable panel systems for cleaning and maintenance. I'll monitor this discussion and maybe you can fill me in?

I would break it up into various rooms, approximately 10 feet by 15 feet each, though a longer one with a long narrow (2 feet?) water feature against the wall and seating and plants in the center part would work. Plants on the wall, making it vertically green. A path leading from room to room should jog, so you cannot see straight through. Change the theme of rooms, large fancy pottery, an outdoor dining area, sunbathing area if possible.

what kind of furniture & how should I arrange it.. I thought of keeping Jhula on the terrace. I am also concerned about it getting dirty & may not help me getting their every evening.. can you suggest something how I can cover it & still it looks good & I can open it without restricting the view. In India winds blow at around 20-30 miles & not covering it will be a big mistake. I want solution to that first.

hi need urgent help to clear all the stains and deform in to black stone . what should be applied or done to remove all the hard water stains and other cement marks to be removed from the natural stone flooring . it is kadapa stone ( lime stone flooring )
