in toilet there are two entrance which is not a good design
if someone goes into it just imagine he has to close both doors

the size of lobby is may be decreased

toilet entry from cutout is for out siders only if they want to use it. otherwise taking guests to the toilet from bedroom I think it does not look nice. sir, If you have other option for setting of toilet please tell me. I'm very confused.

for this you have two choices
1. if possible you will provide two separate toilet for each purpose
2.you will provide a common toilet by exchanging position of toilet and bedroom

this is not a plan Rohit ji it is just a drawing. whom so ever have proposed you this plan he just have drafted some line none of architecture rules followed none of the scientific architecture vastu is been applied. it's just placement of squares and rectangles here and there.
