Here are a few pictures of the room I want to redo. The long walls are painted off White and curtains are a shade of yellow. The wall behind the bed is a shade of brown.The furniture is teak. I would like to change all colours except the teak finish.please suggest options. Much appreciated.

Dear Balaji, Tried and tested colour combinations that make wood work stand out will be in contrast to dark brown. You can choose reflective colours like pale yellow, off white.. I would like to give you more suggestions to improve your living room ambience . The highlight wall in pink can be switched to some other striking color such as a teal blue or moss green color , then you can change the curtain to from sheer/transparent to a thick fabric and the color to a neutral tone such as white / beige /grey .And yes definitely adding more lights to the space will amp it up ..
