Comments (2)Daftri, you may have more luck if you use the 'find local pros' search in the search bar above. Perhaps you can establish a working agreement with someone near you. Or, search online for home plans. I've never seen home plans posted here - either for sale or just informational....See MoreHI , I wanted to get some innovative ideas of interior designing-2bhk
Comments (7)Hi Padmaja, im pooja talwar, for maximum utilization of space u need to break in balconies if u have one and get french windows right till ground level. so you can have a lovely dining area there or low ground sitting area where u can get outside view and spacious look too. doors which open inwards or outwards can be split into 2 so the door flaps become smaller . use mirrors huge ones carved ones on walls to reflect a larger room. also u will have to place furniture which is smaller in size . shoe racks , and cabinets can be made tall instead of having it on ground .... place on the wall hanging shelves , tall cabinets , and storage cabinets. tv can be placed on wall done up with wooden pannel. have storage up on ceiling edges rather than any where down. hope these lil suggestions help you...See Moreterrace ideas in the front elevation
Comments (11)Dear Mr. Venugopal, Since your space is limited and you want to optimize the walkway as well, some tweaks maybe followed: 1. faux turf/ synthetic moss turf / grass turf 2. Conceal spiral staircase with a pergola and wooden slats 2. Create a cozy corner by installing a gazebo, creepers and couple of swing chairs (30-50 sqft) 4. A small vertical garden alongside the stair room walls. 5. Ambient LED lighting. 6. Stone paved walkway Regards, Aurum Ideas and Spaces Bhubaneswar...See Morehow to design open terraces that give a modern, chic yet cosy ambience

You could go for a fully landscaped garden as pictured above along with vertical garden walls. You need a proper design layout first to incorporate any idea. But you need to choose plants and decor carefully. Please consult your architect or any landscaping professional locally available to grasp a concrete plan with your budgetary constraints.
