Hello Aastha, There should be no issues wrt to bending of tiles. Bigger tiles offer a great clean modern look with lesser joints and are a dream for a designer/ clients. But they are a pain for contractors as it must have a flatter perfect surface bed and are heavier, costlier etc. Satin requires lesser cleaning efforts, offers a softer modern look. But it wil show up any imperfections more than matt finish. It would reflect more light and thus increase the space (perception). Matt is a tad rustic and hides imperfections and offer less wear and tear than satin. Long story short- Go for satin for bedroom floors but maintain it with care. Yes tile dimensions do vary but it should be within tolerance of +/- 1.5 mm. Big brands never compromise on dimensions, color fastness and thickness as their machineries are automated. Yes, imitation and duplicate tiles could have been sold off as original ones. Check your box's QR code for that. If none found, then it is a cheap knock off. When you procure next time, please visit a brand exclusive experience center and buy it from them. Costing would be lower than dealers for the same quality and quantity.
