Please give suggestions how to expand the kitchen.
By changing the alignment of the toilets you will get some extra area in the kitchen and utility.
Please see attached for a high level suggestion.
Thanks for the suggestion but it is not possible to change the alignment. Is there any other way to increase the kitchen space?

I made modification to the plan and repositioned the sink next to kitchen door to balcony. I am planning to put the fridge in the pooja room as it would be convenient to put the fridge there.
If pooja room is converted to upper and lower cabinets, where can I put the fridge? I want to put the fridge near the kitchen so that it will be convenient to take out stuff.
Structural changes doesn't sound great. Specify your requirements and we can do the planning accordingly. Your bedroom layouts are also not practical with wardrobes next to bed without movement space.
The kitchen is small. I want to expand the kitchen space either horizontally or vertically. Construction is complete, so structural changes are not possible.
Hi Usha, If possible try to reduce the size of balcony and add that area into kitchen.
Please suggest new layout for the apartment.
What's the stage of construction? If you can provide the structural plan ( Pillars and Beams) we shall be able to give you the best possible layout without disturbing anything in structural plan. But, changes are must in space.
Construction has not started yet. I have to finalize the layout.
It's an independent apartment.
it's in an apartment block.
There may be 3 pillars horizontally I am not sure. please consider row marked as pillar as "beam" on the roof. windows and external doors are marked.
There may be 3 pillars horizontally in each row, I am not sure.
Features I want:
I want bigger rooms and bigger kitchen without compromising on hall size. I am not looking for external changes.
I mean I understand that hall space will be reduced if I want bigger rooms but I don't want the hall to be too small.
Aligning the floor in the below manner shall address most of your space planning concerns.
