Need help for my Kitchen

Whats the best layout for a Kitchen of size - 7'9" X 9'10". Should I go for a L, Semi-U or a Galley (parallel) layout. What is the best material to be used for the finishing of the modular kitchen for an Indian setting in terms of both cost and performance (acryclic, membrane, PVC, PU etc). Looking at the kind of options available, it is getting really confusing. I would like good looks but also not over splurge for that.

The layout of the kitchen with depend on the floor plan. If you can share that we can advise on the layout.

I am with you on the options available for the final finish. Its really very confusing for a new home owner.

The most commonly used for Indian houses are Laminates on ply OR Laminates on MDF. Then of-course there are many other options some of which you have already suggested. Final choice shall depend on your budget and preferences.

It is useful if you already have enough counter space but would need additional storage space for regular use kitchen items. When you open the door the stored items comes out in racks that are accessible from both sides. Please make sure you use good branded fittings and ensure they are installed properly as if they are not installed properly they turn into a nightmarish experience. Thanks Nitin Cornerstone Designs.

Hi, you can have overhead storage . As per vastu, you should have your burner in the south corner on the east wall and you should be facing east while cooking.
