House plan for 30*45 feet

We want 3 bedrooms; 1 living room; 1 kitchen; 1 room involving 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with a washbasin and some free space; 1 room attached to any 1 bedroom which contains 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a washbasin, some free space and a closet/wardrobe; and a free space to get into the rooms like a lobby. This plan is required for the first floor.

Could you sketch out the site plan with measurements of the access and north direction?

I just designed it by my own. The balcony facing is the north direction.

Some changes have to be in this. Free space have to be left on both the side, i.e, on left and right side.

Could you answer the following questions?
1. Where is the location of the site?
2. Which side is facing north the 30' side or the 45' side?
3. Where is the access road?
4. How wide is the access road?
5. What is on the ground floor?

1. Location : city Abu Road, Rajasthan, India
2. 30' side is facing north side
3. Road access after the north facing side
4. Road might be around 15 to 20 ft
5. House is constructed on the ground floor
