Need help in deciding the colour combination

I want to convert a room in a study/office but want to use 2 colours for the shelves. The room is not big (about 150 sq ft) so something which will not make the room small and crumpled.

I want my bed room paint in sky blue colour with anathor colour (darlk pink) pl suggest some colour combination with sky blue

try a combination of brown and white or grey.. cant go wrong with this combination.

Thanks and I suppose it should be one of the lighter shades of Brown?

A dark chockate brown and white or grey work well. or dark chockoate n light brown. if you go thro my projects , there is a study unit . the white n brown combination has been used there.
