Leave the vanity in the ,space needed in a walkin is personal but in a 8 x 8 if you put storage on 3 sides you will have quite a lot of space, figure out what you have now and see if it will all fit or will you need dressers in the MBR

Hello there, Since you have put an all white kitchen with recessed lighting, you won't be needing much lumens for the island. As for the length, two small pendants with 12/15W lamps spaced 2-3' apart would be enough to illuminate the space. Totally doable as long as the island is not too bulky. And of course if the circulation space around the island is at least 3'-0" wide. You don't need too much space to move around in a kitchen because you should be able to pick up a hot dish and put it down on another surface without having to move too much. 12'x14' is a large size and a work island would possibly make the space more practical to use. In the pictures attached, the work island is only 2' wide but 4' feet long

Thank you so much for your feedback.The App has actually helped a lot in understanding the space constraints and although the space is seemingly there in the kitchen to move around, I'll surely look more closely based on ur observations. Also, pls find the wardrobe placements in the 2 bedrooms. While the smaller bedroom would have a sliding wardrobe, I'm struggling a bit with the master bedroom as it doesn't have a full side wall available.
