i need to parition bitween dinning area and drowing room so suggest me how can i do this ...and how can i arrenge all funrniture like sofa, dinningtable,bed in master bedroom.

Utility area is the one where your maid would do the dishes/laundry /dry clothes etc. Basically where all the work gets done :)

only the balcony give us for that typ of wrk and for dish washes we use kitchen sink and for washing machine baghroom has spave or balcony.

there is no other area for this kind of work

Your structural division needs re planning as your kitchen is practically not workable. How many bedrooms you require? If you are comfortable with three bedrooms then the planning will be much better. Or if you require the forth one then also it needs restructuring a little bit.

Send the detail measurements of the flat along with your requirements and if you are keen in doing it as per Vastu, then let me know.

kitchen is in south east direction and U shape kitchen size is 9×10.5 feet
entrence is south direction
unit 2 is my flooe
master bedroom is 16×11 feet wid attech bath 5×8 feet in south west direction
lobby and dinning space center of flat size is 17.9×19.9 feet
and other three are 13×12
12×12
; 15×11
two bedroom including master bedroom wid attech toilet and one comman toilet.
