Which side is Kitchen opening? from 7' side or 19' side?
If it is 7' side(and window along 14' side) then partly convert it into store 7' × 5'. Leaving rest for kitchen with one side 2' wide cooking counter n other side 1'3"wide counter with storage or full length storage depending upon ur need.
ya... as. i said earlier go for same layout with centre opening. keep 2' counter on outer wall. if possible go for open kitchen. that will give little open feeling and along with ur dining space, the area will loook bigger. As i see in the plan utility area is missing. If u want , instead of store u can go for utility.
My width is limited to 7ft due to a column. currently my internal size is about 17x6.9ft. given that I cannot increase my width anymore than 6.9 what would be the ideal length in this case? also my apartment is 2000sq.ft.
