I am not sure how deep and bright the two colors are that you each have selected but I might suggest that you pick a green and blue that are soft rather then intense colors. My favorite paints are ones that are made by Restoration Hardware. Of course you can get any paint company to help you achieve very similar colors. Look up Restoration Hardware and see if there are greens and blues that you each like. Most of their colors work with each other. Have fun..........

You don't have to give up your beloved pink. Pink, brown and grey are doable. I googled pink and grey living room and saw some great pictures. Maybe get a large carpet that pulls out the pink (must match the same shade of pink). Then place your beautiful little pink and cream Kashmir(?) carpet over it. Also pull that same pink into sofa pillows. And a similar pink and brown Tablecloth for the dining table will pull the colours together. Just need to make sure all the pinks are the same shade with small accents/border of the same brown and grey from the sofa. Solid colours or subtle designs will be easier to coordinate than bold dramatic prints. These 2 are not the right shade of pink but you get the idea, I hope. Carpets with tone on tone pattern. A dusty rose on one wall would be nice too.

This our Kitchen and breakfast counter design.We are confused with color for the kitchen and the breakfast counter .Since the light is less for my kitchen I was thinking of going for lighter shades of blue/green/purple with gloss finish cabinets .Please suggest color schemes for the entire range .It would be really helpful if you could give some sample photos of your ideas. PS:-If you have anyideas for the breakfast counter too , feel free to share.

@Rock Doc: Are you addressing this to me? I haven't actually bought these tiles yet - when I do, I will definitely be going for the handmade ones. They're a work of art and irreplaceable in my opinion. However, there are also screen-printed tiles available in the market in more or less the same patterns; the workmanship is of course different, but you get them cheaper, and they're also more easily available. You could give that a shot. I'd recommend Aakaar Flooring Solutions - they're here on Houzz and are able to provide both the above-mentioned types.
