This is the terrace- we have rules here where we cannot have a permanent structure on the terrace. So we have to make do with portacabins- trellis - plants etc- want to build seating alongside wall and keep a table etc. furnish upholster and decorate- Mughal-esque. Also we have to use weather durable stuff as we get extreme heat/ harsh winter no snow/ extremely dusty and dry heat.

They are right, get a pro to help! Even if you jut pay them for a few hours, its worth it! With that said, instead of making the 10x13 bathroom accessible to guests, why not leave the other one as is, since it is common already and change the 10x13 into study space? Then there is not a bathroom opening up to the kitchen. Also it is larger and will allow for more space. Next owners might make it into a large walk-in pantry. Or if you can put laundry in your unit, you could add that to that room also. Desk could double as folding table. Master bedroom - put the bed on wall that backs to bathroom. Gives you great view of bed from doorway and allows natural walk way to balcony.

Just that I get such a lot of options and great advice from highly accomplished and talented Houzz designers ..I would be better prepared after these conversations ..please forgive me for pestering you guys like this:)

Thank you IDUS Furniture store for looking into my query.I have a doubt ,if I paint my front wall where those 2 chairs are kept,is it mandate to paint a L shape wall behind sofa? if yes, should I be going with the same color as the front wall? Just FYI- I have a brown and beige ceiling and was planning to paint my bedroom doors with darker shades
