Hello there, Please visit a tile studio of reputed brands like Kajaria/Somany/RAK rather than an ordinary tile dealer. You would get a better idea on materials, dimensions and colors. Since you have a large BUA, you could go for large format tiles for flooring of the sizes 1200 x 600 mm 800 x 800 mm Anything bigger than that would be a sheer loss in case of breakage and maintenance as well. They're a work of art and irreplaceable in my opinion. However, there are also screen-printed tiles available in the market in more or less the same patterns; the workmanship is of course different, but you get them cheaper, and they're also more easily available.
