Jitesh, for our remodel we picked maple hardwood floor throughout the living room, dining room, hallways, stairs, and bedrooms. We like the warmth and look of real wood. We use tiles in the bathrooms because of all the water.
Wood is beautiful, warm and will provide many years of enjoyment. It is easier on the feet and legs than tile. The easiest way to maintain it is to use the Bona floor cleaning system.
Thanks! I couldn't agree less to both the suggestions. My personal fav is also wood and its warmth. I may use Tiles for dining, kitchen, balconies and bathrooms and wood for bedrooms, study and living space.
