Hi, I have a montez leather sofa http://kasala.com/products/montez-leather-sofa It is the charcoal color - but sort of looks like a really rich dark grayish brown. And I have a matson coffee table found here: http://www.plummers.com/living/accenttables/matson-i-coffee-table/3626 These two look really nice on carpet floors, which is when I had purchased these. Now, I have a new place, and planning to put hardwood floors, and really confused about what would look good even with an area rug added. The coffee table has really rich wood like grains, and I'm not able to wrap my head around what would be a nice color. I tend to really like dark walnut shades with mild distress, and enough grain variations that damages are not visible. I'd go with either another neutral (gray, cream, etc) or a rustic look that wouldn't compete with the floor but would harmonize with it... (You don't show your TV, but be sure to get something significantly wider, for balance, if possible.)
