Need help designing bedroom

I am thinking of going with the beach theme for coloring the bedroom. Need some suggestions.

Thinking of going with Sea Green/Blue color on one side of the room (behind the bed).

To the opposite side (front of the bed), planning for waves kind of tiles (white in color) and the rest of the sides remain in white paint.

Need some help here ... will this look good .... need some suggestions.

Any other better theme suggestions will be much appreciable. Thanks in advance.

Please provide some links/images for better understanding.....

IMO bedroom decor is best decided by using the bedding foe wall color choices and do not get too carried away withthe whole beach thing theme rooms always lack elegance unless done very expertly once in a long while.

thanks for you idea \ but i will clarify a few more points 1.the area for bedroom and sitting room is on 1st floor 2. it is actualyy like a big hall unpartitioned at the moment 3. the sitting /living room is not like a common room ,it is only for this bedroom 4. i dont want to change postion of the bed on any other wall,i want it to be the partioning ,in some unique way. 5. i dont want the room to be totally divided into two halves by the partition --whatever is designed . 6.the siiting room is proposed to have a book shelf on one wall ,provision for tv panel and one single seater cane swing (hanging type). I HOPE THIS CLARIFIES THE PICTURE SOME MORE can you think for me now and help with some unique idea.
