Need help for floor plan layout

Hi,

I have a 12' feet x 60' feet land and building home on it. It's going to be a two floor building, I'm confused with the location of stairs.

Where should we have the stairs as we are leaving ground floor for parking and for office/workplace. Please suggest which design is better or should I go with a new plan. Which suggest to have stairs in the back and 1 BHK, which I'm not liking.

Why bathroom is in front of the house? Is there any specific reason? Why not put the kitchen in the place of bath and put the bath in the place of kitchen with a corridor to go to utility area?
