#1 is the only one that works with your doorways. But I would rethink the sectional pieces which look too large. You will need at least a floor lamp. Your table/chairs looks narrow in relation to your sectional - is it to scale in the drawing? You may not have enough room. I would use a sofa against the wall and two chairs on either end facing toward each other.

My house has a hall of 20×24 sq ft.I want to convert it into living cum dining . with stairs going upwards for bedrooms.Moreover there is a pillar in the middle of the hall.how do I design it to make it classy with least expense . The main door of the hall is north facing. please help.

SP if the slope is 3 inches from one side to the other then you are right you will loose close to 4-5 inches just to cover the gap and then any design will take further space.
