No need of closing it. 2& 3 Pull out the Porch and increase the room size. 4- Change the direction of toilet, increase the size and include handwash within it. 5 Open Living area will comfortably seat 6-8 people. 6,7 - If your designer agrees this will allow you to increase the room sizes. by 20 odd ft. 8- Close the kitchen door . the pictures you see online of glass walls and roofs are those not from India. and the usually have a large property and the home itself is secluded enough to provide privacy. for heat, they have a centrally controlled HVAC system that is on 24x7 to regulate heat and cold, plus the glass is often reflective and double, to provide a modicum of insulation. since you're a resident of Hyderabad, it would be more advisable to have just a skylight or just large french doors and not got for the entire combination. hope this helps
