"Residence" sounds right. "Estate" sounds big to me = big house + lots of acres of land + big wrought iron fences. But why use surname. I seen plaques on peoples houses that read "The smiths"

Deck is outside, marble inside... you can use wood or composite, its done that way all the time and that is the most common materials... with that said you can also use Aluminum Decking, PVC Decking, Stone or Tile Flooring System, etc. Good luck

Hi Saran. you've not specified your requirements. Unless and until we know the requirements , we cannot judge. And i also agree with WDF space design that the dimensions are not clear
