Guizz plzz help me decorate an 'L' shaped corner of my home dat is jst opposite to my main entry gate. . .i want dis corner to b an eye catchy one as it is 1st seen to nybdy whu enters the home. . .alsoo i wuld prefer a sitting space hree for d ones whu r nt supposed to b entertained in living room. . .i want d decoration as per indian styles. . .plzz help

For the dining room, I think I'd orient the table 90 degrees from how it's drawn, and I would make it a drop leaf or gateleg table so that it can be made smaller when not being used for dining. I would embrace the idea that the entry is right in the middle of the living room, and bring the living room furniture out towards the fireplace so the fireplace is connected to the seating area. Maybe TV above fireplace. In that back corner where the sofa is drawn, I'd make that a small work/office space.

i used the 3 +1+1 because it allows for more flexibility for moving around the room i suggest that an L shaped sofa would block access to the sliding door and/or the front entry, perhaps 2 x 2 seaters could also work and/or you could try swopping the lounge and dining areas but that arrangement doesn't allow wall space for a TV

Hi Nitin, It is row house, but it's completely built, the windows, walls, doors everything is already in place. What change do you have in mind, if I may know?
