Comments (2)I would do gray walls and just make sure it has the same undertone as the tile I often paint the ceiling the same as the walls if going with a light color or if a little darker for walls I cut wall color 50% for the ceiling. Comments (8)Hi you have a beautiful living room with lot of space but not utilised properly. My suggestions would be 1. Change the curtains to a lighter color fabric - cream/ beige / sandal (something with light shades that will allow the sunlight to pass through ) 2. When you enter the room you see the TV wall space. That TV setup needs totally new artistic frames to decorate. Get some colorful decor photo frames or quotes that will relate to your personality or your family. 3. There is a small cupboard attached to the TV set. Cover the top with a fabric that will match your window curtain. You can have any indoor plant on it which will add life to the room. 4. Comments (5)Dear Balaji, Tried and tested colour combinations that make wood work stand out will be in contrast to dark brown. You can choose reflective colours like pale yellow, off white.. 5 years agolast modified: 5 years agoYour drapes look like they're fine. It's hard to see if they're long enough--do they just touch the floor? That would be the right length. Make sure the paint you pick blends with the color of the drapes and the two chairs. The Edgecomb Gray looks like it would work or you could go with an entirely different color and add pictures and rug to pull it all together. Love the color Sea Salt by SW.

5 years agoAs far as paint colors, I think a pale blue or very light green would look good with the brown and white you already have in the room; or you could do those colors in curtains and not paint the walls if you prefer.
