Sofa with table behind with large mirror over table. Two chairs with table and lamp between them. Larger area rug. and floor lamp in corner.

Firstly, you may need to correct the height of the TV on the wall(it should be lower ergonomically feasible for viewing) You can combine wall storage units with some open display.
