I'm no pro, but I'm curious-does this apartment exist? It reminds me of a project my husband took in an elective class, Intro to architecture, where he was required to design a living space as part of his final grade (Or is it some sort of student housing??) I'm asking because 1) All of the bedrooms are the same size and are isolated from each other, 2) the dining area at 10 x10 in the middle is going to be a corridor and you'll have almost no space for a table and chairs. 3) Then also all the bathrooms are ONLY accessed through the closets, which is extremely awkward for visitors. As far as the bedrooms, not necessarily an exciting choice, but your easiest choice is a bed against the toilet wall, with at least one nightstand, and a dresser on the wall by the door.

You need art on the wall and a rug and color! Your first step is to purchase an inspiration piece. That piece will either be a rug or a large piece of wall art. That sets the color palette for pillows chairs windows and walls. Wall color is last. Find out if you can have electricals inside the wall. I am guessing you are not in US and house is solid brick or this is a basement space as it looks quite industrial.

Hello Monika, I must say that concrete wall is fantastic! I see a large planter with a large leaved plant there.. I like Jonathan's idea, off white or shades of cream for the remaining walls and ceiling or even a subtle stone colour.. Then we need to talk textures! I think the sofa could work if you move it out a bit from the wall and layer it up with throws and add a couple of lovely cushions.. Warm woods would be nice too to balance the room.. Have you considered adding concrete to other areas of the home? There are some fantastic concrete chairs available both as a chair and bar stool.. Could be fabulous to compliment this room.. Cox and Cox did some pendant lights that were concrete with a warm edge detail.. You could create your own arrangement with a 5 wire ceiling rose and hooks.. A glass topped coffee table could be nice too.. Have a look at eBay or vintage shops.. Oh and one more thing... You can if you like the concrete wall find wallpaper for another room say that resembles what you have in the living room or even marble! It's fabulous and a feature you want to make the most out of! :))

Hello, Could you please mail me the exact measurement layout of the living room, kitchen and dry balcony area. I would suggest you to swipe the dining area with the living area as it will give an open space at the entrace. This will require a little bit of civil work if you are okay with that. Design Idea : The dining area can be made with wall mounted ledge on one side and 3 chairs on the other side. A 3seater sofa can be placed on the common wall between the kitchen and exisiting dining area with tv unit on the opposite side, this will restrain the view of the kitchen when guests visits.
