Hi Kamal, Greetings, The fact that it is on roof top it can be designed keeping in mind few very important facts mentioned below: 1) The workstations could be organized in a way that every person get a view outside. 2) The outside area can be semi covered so that it can be utilized for some activity space.may be dining, reading area, etc based upon the activity programme. 3) Some kind of alternate ventilation to replace airconditioning or air cooler so that it can be energy efficient. 4) The furniture outside can also be multi functional to make it user friendly and also catering to multiple activities. 5) If the semi covered be made open somehow it can also serve as terrace. The list is endless. Depending upon the plan and requirements it can be designed accordingly.

Hello there, If you are planning an eco-retreat with cottages/ luxury huts incorporating mud/stone/straw architectural elements and with all amenities as mentioned above @Nijaguna Radhya, the area wouldn't suffice. The best option would be to go for a boutique lodge style single villa with landscaping and essential amenities. Second, you need to plan with your style and budget accordingly.
