Hi there- Lovely place it seems you've got. I have two suggestions for you. Firsrt, if this is within your budget, I would try to move the Bath and WC over next to the master bedroom - right where the eat-in section of the current kitchen is. Then, you could extend your kitchen into the area where the bath and WC used to be, and it would be open to the drawing room. Alternatively, if that is not in the budget (that plan would require a lot of plumbing rerouting) then I would take down the little wall that closes off the kitchen and the little wall that extends the drawing room by the WC and bath. By simply removing those few sections you'll open up a lot more space!

Ankur, There is no point leaving a dead space. Please check with builder if you can shift the french window by a feet out. Rather use this standing space in the interiors and when you need you can open this window. Many builders are now providing this feature as a USP calling it a BALDOW..
