Want to renovate my 2BHK Flat In Mumbai

I have a 2BHK flat in Mumbai, Borivali West.
Its designed quite old fashioned and i wish to renovate it.
Which would include the civil works for flooring, ceiling, 2 bathrooms, one kitchen, one hall and 2 bedrooms.
Carpet area is around 900 sqt.
I would like to know the tentative budget that would be involved in it.

Your best bet is to contact a local designer in your area. For the kind of work you are looking for you need someone with local knowledge

Ankur, There is no point leaving a dead space. Please check with builder if you can shift the french window by a feet out. Rather use this standing space in the interiors and when you need you can open this window. Many builders are now providing this feature as a USP calling it a BALDOW..
