Please help me arrange with the positions of bed, wardrobes, a sitting area with a tv. I want it to look a bit different then the regular master bedrooms
The above is really the best layout for your bed and you could add a bench at the bottom. If you want to make it different, if it fits, you could try bed across the corner on the right. You can achieve a unique bedroom by its decor though and place furnitire where it works best for circulation. In regards to the sitting area, given the narrow space, if it's wide enough try a love seat across from bookcases/including tv and fill shelves with great accessories. Use wallpaper for added interest in either room.
