I have 40 feet / 25 feet construction area.i want to build 3 floor, 4 bedroom house in this area. It is possible? .which plan is best for this

The best plan is the one that suits your needs and lifestyle. Nobody here can tell you what the best plan is without first knowing you and your families needs and lifestyle. A house that works for me might be a complete failure for you. I would recommend that you spend some time thinking about what you want/need and make a list of those things. Then begin talking to a local Architect about what your goals are for your home and let him guide you through the process of developing a home that is tailored to you.
