Cool shades - greys, blues - would offset the dark, warm tones nicely, but you might use any light to midtone colours you like as accent here. May I suggest you paint the walls in an accent shade, so that your bed stands out more? It is also nice when the accent rug allows you walk in bare feet around the bed, which would mean a minimum 2' border beyond the bedframe sides, ( much more than that, and you will hit the wall, anyway), and a generous amount showing at the end of the bed.

I have purchased an indigo color 3 seater sofa. See attached pic. I am confused whether i should pair it with a yellow color wing back chair or a printed wing back chair. My living room dinining area is highlighted with a yellow wall. Rest of the furniture in my room is dark tan

One thing on your ground floor can be done, is convert living hall into courtyard which will give you value for money, open spaces nowadays are very important in terms of ventilation, light and comfort as well, if some vegetation can be planned... other things can also be done accordingly...... i might need some time to work on it....

Prathi the dining table and the space is not wide enough. Dining table should be min 1m wide and you need another 3 feet either side for chairs and movement. Get rid of the proposed short wall and partition. You are demanding too much from the space.
