We urge you to use extreme caution if choosing this company for your remodel or new build needs.

We purchased a new build home in February 2016 and the home was just completed in October of 2016. Primera Interiors was the design center we had to work with to design our new home.

We thought this would be the most exciting part but shortly after the design center started working in the home, we knew we were in trouble.
So much so, we wanted to cancel the build of the home and the builder stated they would keep every cent we had into it.
Primera Interiors is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. The customer service is a nightmare and NO ONE including their president Jim Miller cares about anything or any product they sell.

We paid for an estimated 8k in cabinet upgrades and were given our only choice of white cabinets. We paid for glass fronts, soft close, dove tail, stove drawers, 48in uppers and so on.

When we arrived at the home during the build the cabinets had been installed and we had no choice but to be extremely upset. The cabinets were AWFUL. The worst quality, no finish, broken, chipped, scraped, stained and destroyed. 3rd party viewers stated the cabinets look like old used cabinets that came out of an apartment building.

We quickly contacted the builder. They could have cared less. We then contacted primera and were given the run around until we searched the web and found every email address to every employee at primera. We then sent photos and demands to hear back from anyone.

At first they were so understanding and immediately met at the property and assured us over and over they were going to fix the cabinets.

Well, 3 weeks later and 3 attempts by their "furniture/cabinet fixers" and every single time they tried to improve the cabinets they made them worse. Not only did they fill every scrape or broken piece with caulking and paint, they over sprayed our tile, our new oven and our new dishwasher. Also, when they were done re coating them in paint AGAIN...they closed the cabinet doors while they were still wet! This left little circle imprints (from the rubber dots used to not slam cabinets) on every cabinet face we have. The soft close cheap mechanism does not work and the cabinets slam shut, they never finished filling in the nail holes and just left them. And every cabinet door was installed unevenly.

After the third attempt of them making it worse and worse we decided that we would have no other choice but to take other action. Primera has not been seen since and we have been told by the builder that they a long with Primera Interior feel we are being unreasonable.

We had a new home built. It should be of new quality. That is not unreasonable. They unfortunately do not care to deliver a quality cabinet or quality customer service. Please be mindful before choosing this company for your building needs. We just wish we could post the 200 photos of damage.
